The buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase and return the products purchased, without stating any reason, within a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt.

1. Terms of Return

• The buyer shall bear the direct cost of returning the products to our store.
• When returning a product, the shipment must be insured at the purchase price of the artwork for full coverage. The artwork must be returned strictly in its original specialized packaging (or equivalent professional protective packaging) to ensure that the transport insurance remains valid.
• The buyer remains fully responsible for the condition of the artwork until it is safely delivered back to us. If the product is damaged or lost during return transit, the buyer must claim compensation from the shipping/insurance company, and no refund will be issued by our store.
• Returns are accepted only if the products are in their original condition, have not been used, show no signs of wear, and are accompanied by the retail receipt or invoice. If the returned artwork is damaged or altered, the buyer is liable for the diminished value, and we reserve the right to deduct an amount from the refund or refuse the return.

• Subject to receiving return approval from our store, the address to which the products must be sent is: 15 Stadiou Str., 59100 Veria, Greece.

2. Product Exchanges (Replacements)

• If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, size, or color, you will bear the direct cost of sending the original item back to us, as well as the shipping costs for the new replacement item.
• Shipping costs for exchanges are fully covered by us only if the exchange is due to a defective product or an error on our part during order preparation.

3. Product Inspection & Defects

• To avoid any inconvenience, buyers are advised to carefully check the condition of the products and their packaging at the time of delivery to identify any obvious defects (e.g., broken goods, etc.).
• If a defect or transit damage is found, the buyer must contact our online store immediately after delivery, either on the same day or the next working day, via email at andreadis.artworks@gmail.com.
• To approve a claim for a product damaged during initial delivery, the buyer must provide photographic evidence of both the inner/outer packaging and the damaged artwork within 24 hours of receipt. We highly recommend recording an unboxing video upon opening the package for your own security.

4. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

• Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made products, personalized artworks, or pieces created specifically according to the buyer’s unique specifications and customized dimensions.

5. Refunds

• In the event of a valid product return/withdrawal, the refund (including the initial shipping costs you paid to receive the order) will be completed within 14 days from the date we are notified of your withdrawal.
• We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we receive the products back or receive valid proof of their return shipment.

6. Digital Convenience

• For your convenience, you can use the online withdrawal form available on our website to complete the process quickly and digitally without requiring a physical signature.
